Rebranding and prospectus design

Dauntsey's School

Dauntsey’s School is a leading independent day and boarding school in Wiltshire.

Founded in 1542 and housed on a beautiful school campus combining new and old buildings, Dauntsey’s offers students the very best of modern facilities and old-fashioned high standards. The school even has its own tall ship! That heady mix of ingredients extended to its marketing literature, signage and stationery, which featured up to six variations of the same school crest.

Dauntsey’s wanted a design agency that could cut through the confusion and help it to fashion a brand identity suitable for the twenty-first century. TwoSheds was approached after it been recommended by two separate individuals. Interestingly, neither of them knew the other, and both were based in different parts of the country!

TwoSheds created a single unified logo, consistent with the digital age while retaining a traditional, heraldic look. Subsequent commissions included designing the school prospectus, newsletter template, branding and brand guidelines for all marketing collateral, school signage and wayfinding, exhibition stands, and merchandising design of all school clothing.

It has been my pleasure to work with TwoSheds over a number of years. I very much value the direct relationship we have with Jon; he understands our brand, our marketing objectives and always produces work that exceeds expectations.
